Car Transport Express will charge a cancellation fee if you terminate this agreement. The
charges are calculated as follows:
1. All cancellations will incur a minimum cancellation fee of $180;
2. For cancellations on the agreed collection day or the business day prior a fee of 80% of the full service charge will apply;
3. For cancellations once the service has commenced, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
